Insurance: 

1. One of the pitfalls of using your insurance for Counseling is that insurance companies require you to have a Mental Health diagnosis in order to approve Counseling for you.

2. If you choose not to use insurance, you may be able to file an invoice to your insurance company and receive reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. If you require more information about this, I suggest you call your insurance company to learn about your out-of-network benefits.
