Therapeutic Massage

COSTS:

Counseling:   $85 for 50 minute session.  If you don't have insurance and are suffering from financial hardship I offer a sliding fee scale.

Therapeutic Massage:   $65 for 1 hour.

*Package Rates are available when paid in full.

Counseling:

For over 5 years I have worked as a Counselor with families, individuals, couples, and adolescents.  I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Body Centered, and other Relaxation Techniques as needed. 

Do you need someone whom you feel safe with to discuss personal issues? Maybe you've experienced events in the past that still affect how you experience your world today. Are you going through change, whether it be a relationship, job, health issues, personal growth, or just life's ups and downs?

As a Counselor I work with each person's individual needs by using an eclectic approach. I view each person as independent, creative, and responsible for his or her own goals and behaviors. My intent is to help you achieve your goals through example, encouragement, education, and an empathetic approach.

Therapeutic Massage:

I have worked as a Massage Therapist since 1996. I use advanced, gentle therapies that affect your whole being in a subtle but powerful way; Compression, Acupressure, and Energy Balancing.

I have years of experience working with people suffering from a broad range of medical issues as well as chronic pain. I also enjoy working with clients who are interested in personal growth.

Insurance: 

I take Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Traditional Medicaid, Beech Street, Coventry First Health, Humana First Choice, GEHA, Principal Financial, and am able to process out-of-network insurance claims through my billing service.

I am also affiliated with various EAP networks; MHN, Compsych, HMSA, Wellpoint, etc.
