In 2010, I opened my own office in Denton, TX. to utilize my years of experience and education. 

I look forward to working with clients in the Denton area as well as collaborating with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physical Therapists, Psychiatrists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, and other health practitioners.

I believe in our innate POWER to heal.

I believe in our unlimited POTENTIAL as a human beings, though we all sometimes need help.

I believe in learning to live in the PRESENT moment. That is where we find our truth, and a deeper sense of peace and clarity. 

I believe in MOVEMENT and BREATH.  With awareness this can lead to a greater connection and integration with our mind, body, and emotions.

I believe in the power of PRAYER or INTENTION.

I believe in the power of COMMUNICATION in our personal as well as professional lives.

I believe in COMMUNITY.

And I do my best to keep it light with LAUGHTER!

I am a: 

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) 
• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) 

Education:

• Master of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas
• Bachelor in Physical Education (Health Sciences) from the University of New Brunswick, Canada
• Massage Therapy instruction from the Austin School of Massage Therapy as well as continuing education.
